Absolutely horrifying experience giving birth in October last year , plenty of medical negligence even when I asked them to double check she wasn't really interested, as if she wanted the student to get in trouble and thought using me as an example of what happens when something goes wrong was just seen fit as now I also have high blood pressure which they had also measured , alot more care and thouroughness is what needs to happen along with greater compassion and attentiveness

TWO TOILETS FOR 80 yes 80 people waiting to be seen.
When taken to be treated, no toilets, you gave to push your medicine drip down corridors back into receotiim and que for the toilet, people with sickness diarea soiling themselves waiting.
THEY NEED TO GET TOILETS SORTED “FAST !”
Ill people with toilet needs need to get to toilets.
WHAT WAS THE POINT OF MASKS WASHING HANDS WHEN PEOPLE ARE DENIED TOILETS WHEN ILL ?
Great service very caring doctor
Had my second child at heartlands and I couldn't recommend enough. They we're amazing compared to my first experience in good hope which were awful. Thank you heartlands
I attended the gynae outpatients at the princess of wales deptt on 4/7/23 and saw Dr Emma Stansfield and her team. I had an invasive procedure done. I was treated with respect and felt looked after throughout my visit from the lafies on reception to the the consultant and nursing staff. Time keeping was excellent and staffs' attitude was kind and professional throughout. Dr Stansfield was receptive and professional and put me at ease. The nursing staff were brilliant. I left feeling listened to, cared for and treated well.
My little boy was took to the critical care neonatal unit. They were amazing, they saved my boys life. There isn’t a single negative comment I could make, all the staff down there were amazing and so kind. Irene and sister Karen particularly stood out with always checking in and making sure we were all ok but honestly all the staff were fab. All the staff in the theatre room during my c section were also amazing, they knew how anxious I was and tried to keep me calm the whole time, I honestly can’t thank everyone enough. Thank you so much heartlands princess of wales
Great hospital and a great doctor
A successful repair of my abdominal aortic aneurysm using EVAR by Mr Tom Barker and the vascular team on 17th February 2023. Great aftercare by the nursing team on Ward 4. I was so impressed by their expertise and patience. Wonderful professionals doing great work, sometimes in difficult conditions.
I have always been treated with dignity and respect whenever I visit the hospital.
Hospital was generally dirty. Midwifes, health care assistants, etc on ward were wonderful, friendly and helpful however it was clear they were unable to do their job properly, or give the standard of care they really wanted to due to lack if resources and quite blatant lack of respect from senior care givers- it was genuinely sad to see. Doctors were generally non existent and arrogant. Ward was permanently under staffed and under pressure.
